Terms and Conditions
Animalia Diagnostic Center (ADC), Pakistan
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, online portal, and all diagnostic, laboratory, and consultancy services provided by Animalia Diagnostic Center (ADC). By accessing our website or submitting samples, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. No Warranty / Disclaimer
Diagnostic testing and laboratory results are based on the condition, quality, and handling of submitted samples and are subject to biological and technical variability. Therefore, results cannot be guaranteed.
Animalia Diagnostic Center makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial use of results. Laboratory findings should be interpreted by a qualified veterinarian, physician, or relevant professional.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws of Pakistan, the total liability of Animalia Diagnostic Center arising from or related to any diagnostic service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific test or service giving rise to the claim.
ADC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Risk of Sample Loss or Degradation
ADC is not responsible for delays, deterioration, or loss of samples due to improper packaging, transport conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond its control once samples are dispatched to or from the laboratory.
4. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising from ADC services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
5. Sample Submission Policy
- Samples should preferably be submitted through licensed veterinarians, physicians, hospitals, clinics, farms, or authorized institutions.
- ADC may accept samples from animal owners or individuals only where permitted by internal policy.
- All samples submitted become the property of Animalia Diagnostic Center upon receipt and will not be returned unless a prior written agreement exists.
- ADC reserves the right to reject improperly labeled, leaked, contaminated, or unsafe samples.
6. Reporting of Results
- Test reports are issued electronically or in hard copy as per client preference.
- ADC reserves the right to amend or correct reports if technical or clerical errors are identified.
- Reports are confidential and issued only to the submitting party unless written authorization is provided.
7. Billing and Financial Responsibility
The submitting party is financially responsible for all requested tests, including any additional tests required to reach a conclusive diagnosis.
8. Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- ADC reserves the right to request advance payment for selected tests or clients.
9. Late Payments and Credit Hold
- Accounts overdue beyond 30 days may be subject to late payment charges as per ADC policy.
- Accounts overdue beyond 45 days may be placed on Credit Hold.
- ADC may withhold test reports or refuse new sample submissions until outstanding balances are cleared.
10. Changes to Terms
Animalia Diagnostic Center reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately.
